Mumford Company is pleased to announce the addition of Nick McCardel as a Sales Analyst effective June 10, 2024, based in the Dallas, Texas office. In this role, Nick will be assisting in valuation analysis, market research, property marketing, and other corporate activities. Nick McCardel states that he is “looking forward to joining the Mumford team and plans to help provide accurate and detailed information to buyers and sellers as Mumford Company expands.”
Nick is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University and the Rawls College of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration- BBA, Finance with Real Estate Concentration. He was a member of the Real Estate Organization where he grew an interest in commercial real estate markets, analysis, and professions.
