Burton Brooks

Burton is a Vice President in Mumford Company’s Atlanta office.

He has been involved in the sale of 130+ properties representing aggregate volume approaching $300 million across all product types during his time with Mumford Company.  His practice focuses primarily on the mid-market, extended stay and economy segments of the industry, with a concentration in the Southeastern region of the United States.

His career has been focused on the hotel and real estate business. He has been involved with real estate brokerage with Mumford Company for over 15 years.  His experience also includes time with appraisal and valuation consulting with CBRE and franchise development at IHG.
