As Vice President in the Newport News, VA headquarters office, Carter Willcox is actively involved in the development of listed property marketing, valuation analysis, market research, and other corporate activities.

Carter gained experience in hospitality valuation as an analyst with Hotel and Club Associates, Virginia; now part of Horwath Hotel Tourism and Leisure. Carter graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Pamplin College of Business, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
