Lillian Walker is a dedicated hotel broker and hospitality real estate specialist serving as the primary representative of Mumford Company’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Specializing in hotel sales, hotel acquisitions, and hospitality property transactions across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions, Lillian works closely with hotel owners, real estate investors, and hospitality developers across a diverse range of hospitality assets.
Since joining Mumford Company, Lillian has played an integral role in the research, procurement, marketing, negotiation, and closing of more than 100 hospitality properties — demonstrating a proven track record in hotel brokerage, hospitality investment sales, and commercial real estate transactions.
Lillian brings a uniquely well-rounded academic foundation to her practice, holding a double major in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Real Estate from Virginia Tech. She has been focused exclusively on the hospitality real estate industry since 2015, building deep expertise in hotel property valuation, hospitality asset marketing, and hotel deal structuring across multiple markets.
