Recent Sale: Baymont Inn & Suites – Crestview, Florida

Mumford Company was pleased to represent SHRISR,LLC  in the sale of the Baymont Inn & Suites in Crestview, Florida, to the purchaser, VMBSAI, LLC. The purchaser, a growing regional owner/operator, plans to retain the Baymont Inn & Suites flag following mainly cosmetic renovations. The acquisition was completed as part of a 1031 exchange following the purchaser’s sale of a hotel in Oklahoma. John James,  Mumford Company Vice President, represented the seller in the transaction. “It was a pleasure working together with the Seller, Buyer, and their respective lenders throughout the process.
