Mumford Company was pleased to once again work alongside management company IPD Hospitality representing K5 Investments, LLC in the sale of the Holiday Inn Express of Jasper, Indiana to Jasper Hospitality, LLC, a regional owner/operator. The new owners plan to complete a cosmetic renovation of the hotel and retain the IHG brand affiliation. David Mumford and Carter Willcox led the Mumford Company effort on this transaction, working in conjunction with Indiana brokerage Huff Niehaus and Associates.
