Mumford Company structured the sale of the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels in separate transactions in Farmville VA.
The firm represented Hotel Express LLC. in the sale of the Holiday Inn Express and Sunchase Inn, LLC. at the Hampton Inn.
The purchaser of both properties were affiliates of Kalyan Hospitality, a large regional hotel owner, developer, and operator with multiple properties throughout the mid-Atlantic US. After renovations at both properties, they will retain the existing franchise flags.
Ed James and Steve Kirby, Mumford Company Managing Principals, along with Carter Willcox, Senior Associate in the firms Newport News VA headquarters, represented the seller in the transaction.
