The 45-room hotel was sold for an undisclosed amount and will be joining the Quality Inn chain, following some minor renovations. A Houston based ownership group will be operating the hotel and is pleased to have purchased their second hotel this year from Mumford Company. According to Lance Potter, Vice President in Mumford’s Chicago office who represented the MN based Seller, “the hotel represented an excellent value in scenic West Texas and offered a terrific rebranding opportunity.” Acquistion financing was provided by a local bank.
