Steve Kirby, Ed James, Managing Principals in the firm, and John James, Senior Associate with the firm, represented the seller, JTM Hospitality, a multi property, owner and operator based in Florida. The purchaser was an affiliate of Baron Hospitality, an Alabama based real estate development group. Buyers plan to complete extensive renovations and continue to operate under the existing flags.
