Mumford Company was pleased to represent Danbar Limited Partnership in the sale of the Sleep Inn and Suites to Smithfield Hospitality LLC. This is the third transaction that Mumford Company has structured for members of the Daniels family over the last 20 years. The purchaser is a growing regional hotel owner and operator with multiple hospitality and F&B operations in the Carolinas. After mainly cosmetic renovations, the property will remain in the Sleep Inn franchise family. Ed James and Steve Kirby, Managing Principals with the firm represented the Seller in this transaction.
