Mumford Company is pleased to announce the successful closing of the Best Western located in McAlester, Oklahoma. This transaction continued the strong finish in December, continuing a solid year of helping sellers and buyers achieve financial goals. G. R. (Gaurang) Patel, the firm’s Senior Associate in the firm’s Texas office, represented seller Friestad Revocable Trust, an Oklahoma-based family trust. AMBA Hospitality LLC, a family investment group, strategically expands its Oklahoma hotel portfolio with this acquisition. The 61-room, two-story Best Western uniquely positioned off Highway 69 and within two hours of DFW, will be renovated while retaining its Best Western flag.
