Mumford Company’s Managing Principals, Steve Kirby and Ed James and Carter Willcox, Vice President Newport News office, represented an affiliate of JMS Hospitality in the sale to Madhav Hospitality. The seller is a regionally based owner and operator of various commercial real estate ventures. Kirby said, “It was good to work with the principal at JMS again. He purchased the property through our firm in 2015 and we were pleased to help him maximize proceeds upon sale. Repeat business is a verification that we serve our clients well.”
