The Mumford Company has arranged the sale of the Days Inn and Suites of Marion, Indiana on behalf of Titan Loan Investment Fund, L.P. to UKP II, LLC. The hotel was sold for an undisclosed price and will remain a Days Inn. According to Lance Potter of Mumford Company’s Chicago, Illinois office, who represented Titan, “the hotel represented an excellent value in a pleasant Indiana city that is strongly on the rebound.” The Ohio based buyer owns and operates several other hotels in Ohio. A number of renovations are planned to better position the hotel in the Marion market.
