Mumford Company was pleased to once again represent affiliates of Daly Seven, Inc in the sale of the Holiday Inn Express of Danville, Virginia to Mahant Danville LLC. The purchaser, a fast-growing regional hotel owner and operator plans to continue the IHG affiliation after mainly cosmetic renovations.
