Justin Pinkard, Managing Principal in the firm’s Washington D.C. office along with Steve Kirby and Ed James, Managing Principals in the firm represented the seller, Parshva Corporate LLC., in this transaction. The purchaser, Critical Hospitality LLC, is a rapidly growing regional owner and operator of mid-market, limited-service hotels in West Virginia and surrounding states. After completion of mainly cosmetic renovations, the property will remain a Holiday Inn Express.
