The Mumford Company was once again pleased to represent the James family interests in the sale of the Ramada Inn of Louisville, Kentucky to Quadrant Hospitality, LLC. David Mumford of the Mumford Company’s headquarters in Newport News, VA, Tom Sommer of the firm’s Chicago office and Mike Francis of the firm’s Dallas office facilitated the sale for an undisclosed price. This is the third hotel disposition in the past two years in which Mumford Company has successfully advised the James family. The buyers are a local, multi-unit ownership group that plan to make renovations to the 117 room full-service facility and retain the Ramada Inn franchise.
