The purchasers are a North Carolina-based group with solid hospitality experience who plan to make cosmetic renovations to the hotel and retain the Sleep Inn brand.
David Mumford with the firm’s Newport News office and Steve Kirby with Mumford’s Atlanta office brokered the deal on behalf of Quality Oil Company. This is the 6th transaction for Mumford Company this year. This property has been a Choice Award winner for 3 consecutive years.
