The Mumford Company represented Legacy Lodging II, LLC in the sale of the Suburban Extended Stay of Memphis/Bartlett, Tennessee last week. The sale was facilitated by Steve Kirby of the Mumford Company’s Atlanta, Georgia office and Mike Francis of the firms’ Dallas, Texas location. The seller, an investor group from Atlanta was a single unit lodging owner with other diversified real estate holdings. The purchaser, Mayuri Hotels, LLC, was a multi-unit hotel investment group, Kalvir Hotels Group, based in California. This was the second extended stay property acquired by this group from Mumford Company in the last two years.
