Mumford Company brokers 40th hotel on behalf of Supertel Hospitality with sale of Super 8 of Fayetteville, Arkansas
The Mumford Company once again represented Supertel Hospitality in the sale of the Super 8 Motel of Fayetteville, Arkansas to Manav Investors of NW Arkansas.
Manav Investors, a local hotel owner/operator group, will retain the Super 8 franchise after cosmetic renovations to the property.
This is the 40th hotel that Mumford Company has brokered on behalf of Supertel Hospitality over many years. The purchasers utilized local bank financing to facilitate the transaction.
Fayetteville is the third largest city in Arkansas and home to over 425,000 people. The 83 room, Super 8 rests at the junction of US Highway 71 and Interstate 540, the primary lodging interchange that services the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
