Mumford Company recently completed the sale of the Port Wentworth, GA Country Inn and Suites Savannah on behalf of SMS Hotels, Inc. The purchaser, Hayley Sheth Investments, LLC, utilized an SBA 7(a) loan facilitated by a national lender for the acquisition.
